At Goldie Locks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't just right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any packing slips or documentation provided during the portal process.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
